ALTUM
01

Which products does Altum handle?

Altum evaluates refined petroleum products, selected crude oil grades, LPG, LNG, bitumen and precious metals. Every product request remains subject to availability, licensing, compliance and documentary verification.

02

How do I request a quotation?

Submit the RFQ form with your legal company name, product, quantity, specifications, loading and discharge ports, delivery window, Incoterm and proposed payment instrument. A reference is issued for follow-up.

03

Why is KYC required?

KYC identifies the counterparty, beneficial owners, authorised representatives and transaction purpose. Altum also assesses sanctions, adverse media, source of funds and documentary consistency before onboarding.

04

Which payment instruments are considered?

Depending on the transaction, Altum may evaluate DLC, SBLC, documentary collection or secured payment arrangements. Acceptance depends on the issuing bank, wording, confirmation requirements, compliance and final approval.

05

Which regions are covered?

Dubai coordinates eight hubs: Abidjan, Douala, Nairobi, Casablanca, Johannesburg, Fujairah, Rotterdam and Jurong. Coverage of a particular route depends on demand, supply, bankability and logistics feasibility.

06

Does an acknowledgement mean that supply is confirmed?

No. An acknowledgement only confirms that the request was recorded. Availability, price, allocation and contractual commitment require due diligence, a formal offer and authorised signatures.
